I want to share something with you that I used to feel really embarrassed and ashamed of.

In 2020, I was running a ‘successful’ food business but I had no sense of what was coming in and going out every month. I was in the trenches, still working my day job even though my business had started to generate six figures very quickly. I was in pure scarcity and fear that if I stopped, the rug would be pulled out from under my feet. 

The fear that everything could just suddenly disappear drove me to keep working hard & keep everything spinning.

 One day, I received a call from a retailer asking me to invoice them for €25k.

 Imagine, someone owed me €25k and I didn’t even know!! 

That was the catalyst for me to start looking at why I was so money avoidant, why I always seemed to have the same amount of money in my account. 

And why I had this terror that I could lose it all in an instant. 

It brought me deep into my own money work. 

Two years later in 2022, I sold that company and now work full time in my coaching company.

And this year we are on track to clear our home mortgage.

I don’t say that to brag.

I say that as proof that more often than not, it is your money story that is responsible for your external environment. It’s not you. It’s internal. And therefore, it requires both the internal & external work.
